On this Official Case website, this Civil Action has been brought to The U.S. Federal Court of Claims because of negligence imposed by The United States Postal Service which is overseen by The United States of America. Triumph Donnelly Studios LLC shipped via The United States Postal Service via their "Priority Mail" very confidential movie materials for their current project VENDETTA VETTE (c) which the Los Angeles, CA Foy Station lost in Los Angeles. Because of their negligence, Triumph Donnelly Studios lost their movie materials that have never been found to this date.

Immediately after the United States of America lost the Plaintiff's very confidential property via The United States Postal Service USPS Plaintiff filed a claim for their lost. The $50.00 claim was issues in two days to the Plaintiff by the Defendant because they "confirmed" it was lost by the Defendant. Plaintiff filed a Standard 95 Form for a claim of damages of $50,000 against the Defendant via the USPS National Tort Law Center. Both Claims had bee denied by the Defendant. Plaintiff filed an Appeal to the Postal Board of Contractual Claims seeking the same damages award. Case was denied. Defendant states "they are not responsible for any lost mail" when the Defendant advertises " Your Business is Our Business" via their United States Postal Service.
